Vision:  Providing basic medical care to uninsured and underinsured residents of Richland County and surrounding areas.

An independent, non-profit, community based organization.  Staffed and supported by volunteers who are community members and experienced medical personal.

Services Provided:
  • Health Assessment/primary care
  • Some diagnositc lab and x-rays
  • Prescription medications and/or assistance
  • Health education
  • Referral services to community resources ( when appropriate)

Eligibility

Who is eligible?

              • People having difficulty accessing primary health care. We will help you obtain health care or put you in contact with those who can.

              • Those with no health insurance including state programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Badger Care.

              • You may qualify if you or your family's income is at 200% of state poverty guidelines.  Please ask!
