Staffed and supported by volunteers who are community members and experienced medical personal. Services Provided: - Health Assessment/primary care
- Some diagnositc lab and x-rays
- Prescription medications and/or assistance
- Health education
- Referral services to community resources ( when appropriate)
- Follow-up (as needed)

Who is eligible? People having difficulty accessing primary health care. We will help you obtain health care or put you in contact with those who can. Those with no health insurance including state programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Badger Care. You may qualify if you or your family's income is at 200% of state poverty guidelines. Please ask!
